Enrollment Rules

  1. Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Learners are officially enrolled upon payment of P1,000 enrollment fee and submission of the following documents:
    1. NSO/PSA Birth Certificate for Nursery and Kindergarten
    1. Report Card for Grades 1 to 10
  3. Transferees will only be enrolled at DepEd’s LIS (Learner’s Information System) upon submission of Form 137 or Form 10. Learners not enrolled in LIS will can’t promoted to the next grade level.
  4. After paying the enrollment fee, the balance will be divided equally in 10 months and paid monthly.
  5. Total tuition fee and miscellaneous fee paid in full upon enrollment is subject to 10% Full Payment Discount on (Tuition Fee and Miscellaneous Fees). Full payment discount can still be availed on or before August 30, 2021.
  6. Applicable General Discounts
    1. Full Payment Discount – 10% on (total tuition and miscellaneous fees)
    1. Sibling Discount – 5 % on (total tuition and miscellaneous fees) for each child enrolled at FASDS
  7. Scholarships
    1. 100% Tuition Free for Top 1 of the grade level
    1.   50% Tuition Free for Top 2 of the grade level
  8. Once the learner is officially enrolled, he/she is obliged to pay all school fees if he/she withdraws two weeks after classes have started.
  9. Transferees who will enroll within the school year must pay the full enrollment fee of P 2,000.00, full miscellaneous fees, and tuition fees of months attended.
  10. The enrollment fee of two thousand (P 1,000) is neither refundable nor transferable.  
  11. When tuition fee and miscellaneous fees are paid in full for the entire year upon enrollment, such fees may be   refunded to a learner who withdraws within the first two (2) weeks from the first day of classes under the  following conditions:
    1. Ninety percent (90%) of the amount paid when he withdraws within the first week of classes whether he has attended classes or not.
    1. Eighty percent (80%) of the amount paid when he withdraws within the second week of classes whether he has attended classes or not.     
  12. Permit Slip shall be secured before taking quarterly assessments.
  13. Learners who fail to pay the required monthly fee may not be allowed to take the quarterly assessments.
  14. Grades can be viewed only when the quarterly dues are paid.
